Water/Sewer Rate Increase

The Echo City Council voted in favor of raising water and sewer rates to help with the ever increasing costs of operating these services.
Efffective the next billing cycle, the following rates will go into effect.
Water Base Rate $40.00 Water Usage Rate will be 7.53 per 1000 gallons
Sewer Base Rate $40.00 Sewer Usage Rates will be 6.10 per 1000 gallons
