The City of Echo Animal Services' department provides the following assistance to all residents and is dedicated to helping protect the health, safety and welfare of both people and animals in our community.
- Responding to stray animal complaints
- Investigating dangerous animals
- Impoundments
- Adoptions
- Barking dog complaints
- Trapping nuisance wildlife and loose livestock
- Carcass removal
- Ordinance enforcement
2022 Animal License - As of Jan. 1, 2022: Renew your pet license at the Clerk/Treasurer's Office. Fee is currently $15. Every application for a license shall be accompanied by a certificate from a qualified veterinarian showing that the dog has been vaccinated for rabies within 3 years prior to the expiration of license applied for.
